Slights eyeglasses - quality, titanium eyeglasses frames

Slights are high quality, titanium eyeglasses frames developed in cooperation with the largest Scandinavian designer group Designit. This studio with over twenty years of history shared in the development of many other design icons, such as Bang and Olufsen electronics. Now it has branches in most major world areas and therefore knows global trends in technology and design very well. The company uses the name “designit eyewear” and is settled in Aarhus in Denmark.

Slights eyeglasses frames are the worldwide number one and consist of a one piece of titanium without hinges, screws, bolts, etc. In the place where the eyeglasses normally have joint there are thin temples, which provide their flexibility. The use of high-quality beta-titanium ensures extreme durability of the effortful part. With the weight only 5 grams including lenses represent a real revolution in comfort of eyeglasses wearing for the most corrections (whole-framed models)! This is proven by numerous awards won: Good Design Award 2008, iF Award 2009 and Eyewear of the Year 2009 in Japan.

The model range consists of three basic types - whole-frames, bounded frames (half-frames) and acetate (plastic) frames. Just acetate frames mean a further shift in the basic concept because they combine low weight and comfort of flexible titanium temples with a marked features of the front acetate part. The combination of these two materials is protected by the patent.
